Injuries from just a sore back, stiffness, neck pain, and discomfort can be addressed. Chiropractic care is very easily adapted to the individual patient. When adjusting children, it is very gentle.
Is chiropractic safe when pregnant?
Many pregnant women find that chiropractic adjustments help improve their pregnancy experience. Adjustments are adapted to what stage of pregnancy the woman is in. It can help with labor and delivery.

Does chiropractic treatment require a referral from an MD?
Most of the time a referral is not required to see the chiropractor; however your health plan may make you get one. Check with your human resources or insurance company to make sure. Call your chiropractor and ask them also.
Are Chiropractors doctors?
Yes, Doctors of Chiropractic are not medical doctors, but they do go through a very similar education process. They are licensed in the field of chiropractic care. There are educational requirements that chiropractors have to have.
